These Terms govern your use of Sevenova, provided by TradelinkX Co., Limited. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Sevenova provides symbolic lifestyle inspiration and self-reflection content. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Sevenova for important decisions or emergencies.

3. Your account and information

You are responsible for information submitted through the app and for protecting access to your device or account. Please provide information lawfully and do not impersonate another person.

4. Advertising and unlocks

Some content may be supported by advertising or unlocked after watching a rewarded ad. Availability may vary by location, device, network, and advertising inventory. An unlock does not create ownership of app content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, use automated means to abuse the service, or use Sevenova for unlawful activity.

6. Intellectual property

Sevenova, its design, branding, text, graphics, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to TradelinkX Co., Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevenova is provided “as is” and “as available.” TradelinkX Co., Limited disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using Sevenova at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
