This Privacy Policy explains how TradelinkX Co., Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Sevenova.

1. Information you provide

To personalize your experience, Sevenova may ask for a birth country or region, birth city, date of birth, optional birth time, and optional gender selection. If account sign-in becomes available, we may also receive basic account information necessary to provide that feature.

2. How we use information

We use the information you provide to generate and display your Sevenova profile, seven-day guides, preferences, saved content, and related app functionality; maintain security and reliability; provide support; and comply with applicable law.

3. Advertising

Sevenova may show advertising, including rewarded ads that unlock selected content. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information according to their own policies and your consent choices. We will present consent controls where required.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

We may collect limited app performance, crash, device, and usage information to improve reliability and understand feature performance. We aim to minimize this data and do not use sensitive birth-profile information for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. Data sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and advertising providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Where account features are offered, users may request deletion through the app or the developer contact identified on the Sevenova Google Play listing. Some records may be retained where legally required.

7. Children

Sevenova is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate legal protections where required.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can also manage advertising choices through app and device settings.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
